That is why I like to have a thorough discussion before listing the property to find out what are your goals when selling the property. We all want the most money we can get and a complete analysis of current sales in your neighborhood is important. There are other things as well to consider such as:
1) Do you need to find a replacement property before moving?
2) What length of escrow time works best for your situation?
3) Are you looking to do a rent back from new buyers so you can try and avoid moving twice?
4)
