With over 30 years experience in the residential real estate industry, I’ve seen just about every scenario you can think of.  The great part about the business is although there are many repeating patterns, every transaction is a little bit different which keeps it exciting.  I am fortunate to live in San Diego in the beautiful community of Clairemont.

I’ve been buying and selling properties in Southern California my whole career, starting in 1991.  I’ve seen the market ups and downs, and I know the only constant in this business is change.

My unique set of skills are not a combination you’ll find in many real estate professionals.  As a licensed broker, I’m able to help my clients, buy and sell properties, as well as finance them.  I’ve seen the business from all different prospectives over the years, and I gladly share that with my clients to help them make informed decisions.
